Yoga for Movers is an embodied movement practice guided by dancer and yoga teacher, Mason Gray. This class offers structure, strength, and alignment for bodies that move, with strong focus on breath and restorative energy. The objective of this class is to support bodies that move by creating space to slow down, ground, reconnect, and breathe. Sometimes permission to do less allows dancers to release and access body and energy autonomy. This class will move through shapes of traditional yoga asana, incorporating strength, balance, expansion, and play. Amazing music will support our movement. 

If you are a mover (a human person with a body) this class is for you. Yoga is for everyone. From working dancers to everyday lovers, there is abundant space for anyone to connect with their body, mind, and spirit.
